Dear Sirs,

I am writing in my authority as Founder of the Ethiopia Link, a Charity organization

based and registered in the registered with the Charity Commission for England and
Wales. (1086141)
In 2001 we established a home for orphaned and abandoned Children in the Gerji area
of Addis Ababa.

With the following I would like to confirm that since 2001

Equbay Gebreegziabher has been a Trustee of our organization. Equbay has been
employed in a voluntary position in many areas, of which his main role has been the
administration of all areas relating to the Charity in Ethiopia.

Equbay has given our organization countless hours of his time, assisting with and
resolving issues and problems as they arise,
He has been a rock in the support and assistance he has shown and given to the
Children in our care, assisting them with many day to day things that might have
required his assistance as well as helping them with extra educational support with
their studies.

We cannot put into words how much we appreciate all of the work done by Equbay in
the past twenty years for us and especially for the children, we have always been
aware that this was a special person who gave, and is still giving us his time as well as
finding time for his own family.
