Title: Eating out vs cooking at home

Have you ever thought about not to cooking at home again?.Many people don’t like to cook and prefer to eat out ,
but many others like me, think that cooking at home is better , by the fact that is healthier than eating out.

Cooking at home is the best way to helps yourself. To begin when you can cooking at home making food is
cheaper, because you only need to buy your own ingredients and in case you bought too much you can leave
them for another day and prepare a totallly diferent dish, to illustrate this is because restaorants has to cover the
staff cost, as a result the food is expensive. In addition cooking your own food makes you enjoy new experiences,
in other words you can have the opportunity to experiment with different recipes, including creating or adapting
meals to your taste. Another key point is that you know perfectly how much food you are going to eat, therefore
you don´t have to waste food.Additionally cooking at home may lead you to develop a healthy habit, benefiting
people who follow a strict medical diet or even for those who are allergic to some meals , as a result, you can be
sure that the thing that you are eating will not hurt you.To conclude eating at home really helps in the economy
and for those people who are demanding at time of cooking ,but finally cooking at home can allow you to lead a
more comfortable life.

Althought some people would like to eat out always , there are some disdvantages to consider. Usually when
people go to eat out, they think about doing it on a special even with the objective of discovering new places ,
however many times for a special event you need to book, and in case of an emergency cooking at home is the
best option, besides, you could enjoy the moments with more flexible schedules. Furthermore althought eating out
can save you time, for example buying fast food in the chain restaorants, this could lead you to negleck your
health, as consequence yo can get illness. Also some restaorants offer a variety of interesting options to try,
serving large mount of food but in some places you can’t take away leftovers , so you would end up losing money
for something that you didn’t eat. Given these points ,eating out can give you some beneficst such as don’t have to
wash the dishes or get good discounts, at the end it has some disadvantages to lead a quiet and healthy life
without depending on what the menu o restaorant service says.

Finally cooking at home will always be the best option , because you can have the opportunity yo follow a healthy
diet with the necessary nutrients without having to spend a lot of money , but at the same time , eating out is the
opportunity to meet new places and try differents kind of food. For all these reasons, at the end too much of
something isn’t good , and after you can choose well and take care of your health, your body will be grateful with
you.
