PERATURAN-PERATURAN TIMBANG DAN SUKAT (PINDAAN) 2020

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 29

Akta Timbang dan Sukat 1972 [Akta 71], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan
yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan
Timbang dan Sukat (Pindaan) 2020.

(2) Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 April 2020.

Pindaan peraturan 39
2. Peraturan-Peraturan Timbang dan Sukat 1981 [P.U. (A) 292/1981] dipinda
dalam subperaturan 39(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan “satu ribu” dengan
perkataan “dua puluh lima ribu”.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT 1972

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the

Weights and Measures Act 1972 [Act 71], the Minister makes
the following regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures
(Amendment) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2020.

Amendment of regulation 39
2. The Weights and Measures Regulations 1981 [P.U. (A) 292/1981] are amended
in subregulation 39(1) by substituting for the words “one thousand” the words
“twenty-five thousand”.
