P : Good Morning, I’m ___________ the personnel manager in this office.

A : Thank you, (Sir/Madam).
P : So, you are ___________, right?
A : Yes, (Sir/Madam).
P : Well, let’s start the interview then. Don’t be nervous, this is only a small
talk between us. Will you please tell all about you and your family?
A : Yes, off course. My name is ___________. I’m 20 years old. I was born
in Jakarta, on January 27, 1986. I come from a nuclear family, which
consist of parents and two children, me and my little sister. My father is a
civil servant and my mother is a housewife. My sister is a high school
student.
P : I see, what about your educational background?
A : I went to SMU 80 in Jakarta, then I continued my study in the University
of Indonesia Faculty of Medicine, Diploma 3 program of hospital
management. I also took courses during my college year such as,
English Course graduated from advanced level, Computer Course,
Personality Course, Management Course, and many more.
P : Wow, it’s interesting to see young people like you that have required
such knowledge. We know that this company published the job vacancy in
some newspapers, but we still want to know why are you applying for the job?
A : As a fresh graduate, of course I’m looking for a job. From the first time I
saw the advertisement, I know that this job would suit to my education
and my knowledge. Therefore, I sent my application letter to this hospital.
P : oh, so you know this hospital only from the advertisement.
A : No, (sir/madam). I have known this hospital before. Since I graduated
from Diploma 3 program of hospital management, I know this hospital
profile quite well due to the tasks I had to do during my college year.
P : May I know what you know about us?
A : Well, this hospital is very famous for its excellent services and facilities.
Famous doctors and high quality nurses are easily found in this hospital.
Nice and helpful officers are here also. From one of articles I read in
Kompas daily, I can conclude that this hospital is trying to give the best
service to people than other hospitals. Based on survey done by MYT
this hospital has good credibility of all hospitals in Jakarta.
P : I see. You know about us very well, I think. But what makes you think
that you will be able to join us?
A : I know that I have no working experiences, but I believe I can learn fast
because I’m a hard worker and able to work in a team. Giving me a chance to
work here, may add my knowledge and my experiences, so that I will work as
professional as I can.
P : all right, do you have any question for us?
A : Not at this moment, (sir/madam).
