Luthfi : Good morning miss. I’m Luthfi i’m from purple hospital admission

Mella : Morning sir, yes sir.

Luthfi : am i talking to Mella?

Mella : Yes i’m sir

Luthfi : Congrats miss. You are selected to interview tomorrow morning.

Mella : Sounds good. At what time sir?

Luthfi : 8 am. The interview will last in 30 minutes

Mella : Okay sir. Thanks for your information.

Ema : Good Morning, Mel. I am Aisah. Sitdown please

Mella : Good Morning. Thanks mam

Ema : How are you doing?

Mella : I am doing fine. Thank you.

Ema : How was the traffic coming over here?

Mella : I am so glad that the traffic was light this morning. No traffic jam and no
accidents.

Ema : That is good. John, let’s start the interview. Are you ready?

Mella : Yes, I am.

Ema : First of all, let me properly introduce myself. I am dr.Ema, im a pathologist in

laboratory purple hospital .

Nurul : I am the human resource development of purple hospital.

Aisah : And im a medical laboratory technologiest.

Nurul : dr.Ema and Aisah will start the interview.

Ema : As you know there is an open position in my department as medical laboratory

technologiest, and I need to fill this position as soon as possible.

Mella : Yes mam, I read about the position on your website, and I think I am a good
fit. Please, tell me a little bit about the position.

Ema : We are currently hiring for staff. 3 shift work system. 8 hours a day

Mella : What type of qualifications do you require?

Ema : I require a four-year college degree in medical laboratory technologiest. Some
working experience would be helpful.

Aisah : John, tell me a little bit about yourself.

Mella : my name is mellania tria gusvita, u can call me mella. Im 26th years old. I just

graduated with a Bachelor degree in medical laboratory technologiest. I have

been working part-time as staff Public health center for the last two years.

Aisah : Anything else?

Mella : I also hope that it will help me grow in my field.

Aisah : What are your strengths? Why should I hire you?

Mella : I am a hard-working person and a fast learner. I am very eager to learn, and I get
along fine with people.

Aisah : OK. Now, let me ask you a few quick questions. You do not mind working long
hours, do you?

Mella : No, I do not.

Ema : Can you handle pressure?

Mella : Yes, I can. When I was going to school, I took quite a few courses each semester
while working at least twenty hours every week. And, I handled that situation
very well.

Aisah : Now, do you mind working overtime?

Mela : No, I do not.

Aisah : Do you still have any questions?

Mella : No, I think I have a pretty good understanding of the job. I believe that I can
handle it with ease, and I hope to have the opportunity to work for you.
