Disadvantages:
- Lack of focus
Alpha does not concentrate on Cineplex – The Alpha organisation already works
with a lot of major companies, so they may not be able to focus on Cineplex's
needs and wants.
2. KAPPA
Advantages:
- Strong Privacy Standard
The business has strict privacy policies in place to avoid information from being
leaked to third parties.

This is critical because applicable business experience ensures that the organisation
will recognise Cineplex's activities and unique specifications.
