and clinics continuously. Medical Oxygen
Generators System use Pressure Swing Adsorption
(PSA) technology to separate the oxygen from air.
Our Oxygen plant equipment put the air as raw
material, zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent,
under the normal temperature low pressure, using
the selectivity of zeolite molecular sieve for
oxygen adsorption. The purity is 93%±3%.

In addition to the existing oxygen generators, we

can also customize the oxygen generator system
according to the installation conditions of the
customer site, and can be installed on site for
customers.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The oxygen production process of the medical oxygen generator is shown in the figure. Detailed
work process is the medical air which after dryer and purification, by switching valve into the
absorption tower. In the adsorption tower, oxygen gas was gathered at the top of adsorption
tower, then into oxygen storage tank. Through the different filter to remove dust, bacterial and
peculiar smell, achieve the quality oxygen gas. Our Oxygen Concentrator allow the hospital to have
stand-alone oxygen production capability directly on the facility site.

MAIN PARTS

Air Compressor The air compressor is the power source for

the oxygen generator, which is used to supply compressed air to
the oxygen generator.

Refrigerated Dryer and Air Tank Refrigerated dryer

cools the compressor hot air, removes the oil-water mixture,
impurities and moisture from air ensuring that air quality is in
accordance with relevant international standards for oil residual
content. Lower temperature air is better for the efficiency of the
molecular sieve.

PSA Oxygen Generator Based on PSA technology，the

oxygen in the air is separated and the oxygen concentration can
reach 93%±3%.

Oxygen Storage Tank It collects the necessary volume of

Oxygen 93% from PSA oxygen generator.

Distribution Panel This is the core control system of the

oxygen generator. The oxygen generator is fully controlled by
the PLC unit. Electrical components are all Schneider brand,
stable performance.

Automatic Control Panel The oxygen generator is

equipped with a SIEMENS touch screen control panel that
monitors signals from the pressure sensor and provides an alarm
system as well as a fail-safe shutdown mode. Key information
such as oxygen purity, pressure, dew point and flow are
displayed on the control panel.

Precise Filter Precision filters filter impurities in the air to

ensure the quality of the compressed air and meet the
requirements of the air source.d on the control panel.

Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

AmcareMed offers a full range of high-pressure cylinder filling
systems allowing to fill daily 10 to 100 medical oxygen cylinders at
a pressure of 150 to 200 bar. Designed to be connected to an
Oxygen Generator, the systems provide full autonomy to healthcare
facilities: they can easily manage peak consumption flows and fill
their own cylinders.
