Dear Parents
This past academic year we all battled the most extraordinary times with pandemic gripping the entire
world. Teaching-learning was completely redefined and we witnessed a seamless transition from physical
to virtual classrooms. Without any pause, Mayoor continued to build upon the solid foundation by
reinventing and innovating with resources at our disposal while retaining the essence of real teaching. We
believe, it is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop every learner to prepare them for life.

Kindly note the following information:
 School timings in the New Session 2021-22 (when regular classes resume):

Pre-Nursery to K.G 8:45 am - 12:15 pm

Classes I to XII 7:45 am - 2:00 pm

 Report Card will not be issued to the parents before the Result Declaration Day.
 Book Set should be bought on Result Declaration Day. Timings for the Book Shop are given overleaf.
Minimum number of stationery items have been prescribed for each class. Parents are requested to
bring a carry bag for the Book Set or buy one from the Bookshop counter.
 Uniform will be available at the Uniform Shop. Timings for the Uniform Shop are given overleaf.
 In case Books/Uniform cannot be bought on the specified days/ dates; parents can do so on Sunday,
28th March, 2021 between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
 Fee Booklets should be collected from the class teacher on Result Declaration Day.
 Students should come to school in summer uniform in the new session when regular classes resume.
 Parents of Class KG going to Class I should contact the Transport Manager (9871328666) for Bus
routes and timings. Please check the website and the School App for updated Bus Routes.
