SUBJECT : UPDATES ON THE CALENDAR OF PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES for

2ND SEMESTER, SY 2023-2024

Please be informed of the adjusted schedule of the following programs and activities for the
second semester SY 2023-2024. This is in consideration of the changes in the Fourth Quarter
Examination schedule of our SHS students which is earlier than the initial dates declared; hence,
these changes. This is also to provide ample time for the preparations needed for these major
events.

The changes were discussed during the Coordinators’ hybrid meeting last March 27, 2024,
Wednesday from 2:00pm to 6:0pm. The body has agreed on the provided schedules on the table.

Please be guided accordingly. You may send the students’ copy of the said calendar.
