The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted or halted critical mental health
services in 93 of countries worldwide while the demand for mental health
is increasing, according to a new WHO survey. Even if the impact of this
epidemic on global mental health is not registered and measured, similar
informationmay be derives by previous experiences with corona virus
infections. since the Chinese government is undergoing one of the
biggest lockdowns in public health history and security measures mostly
may be iso-lating large segments of the population. Isolation may be
previous experiences with an increase of mental dis-tress during these
events have been described fold increase in incidence of functional
neurological symptom disorder has been reported after the city-wide
lockdown following the boston marathon bombings care providers must
be aware of functional neurological symp-ton disorders after stressful
community events particu-larly in individuals with prior psychiatric
diagnoses. Mental health support and follow-up should be pro-vided
even 6 months after the release from isolation for those individuals with
prior vulnerable mental health sta-tus support should include accurate
information as well as appropriate supplies for the subjects, including
food, clothes and accommodation, if needed.
Community psychological interventions and support might have some
effects in reducing PTSD symptoms, depressive and anxiety symptoms
in adults during these stressful events. More evidence-base research is
needed, particularly on the impact of these interventions in chil-dren and
adolescents over longer periods of follow-up. The common long-term
COVID-19 symptoms include:
Shortness of breath. A lingering cough. Chest pain and heart palpitation
dizziness and lightheadedness. Fatigue with limited ability to exercise or
even perform activities of daily living. Joint and muscle pain. Loss of
taste and smell. Sleep disturbances with insomnia.

 Conclusion :
The economic and scoial disruption caused by the pendamic si
devastating :tens of millions of people are at risk of falling into extreme
poverty, while the number of undernourished people , currently estimated
at nearly 690 millions , could increase by up to 132 million by the end of
the year .. A worldwide inclusive reponse should include a focus on
mental health impact of patients and general population
