Mintal Comprehensive High School sees estimated P2M support fund from committed stakeholders

Mintal Comprehensive High School is projected to collect a least estimate of P2 million from committed
stakeholders especially from Baranggay Mintal, Hon. Ramon M. Bargamento said. During this year’s
MCHS-Stakeholders Commitment Forum on Wednesday, May 19, school head Dr. Leah M. Camilotes
presented the 21 project proposals initiated by MCHS teaching force for the upcoming school year 2021-
2022.

The 21 project proposals: Embracing the New Normal, Drop Me Not, Project SHIELD, Tatak Matibay,
Project REAP, Overloaded MI, Be GLAD, SPED Love, ISOKalidad, Sa School Ko…, Increasing GSA, Oh My
GAD, Alagang School Clinic, Sa ALS Sigurado, Oplan Segregation, Beautiful Compre, Kabaranggay, Brigada
Na, SGC/ PTA Cares, DRRM, Babalik, Project Care, and Halina’t mag W.A.T.C.H.

The said event was participated by 10 stakeholder representatives and 60 teachers in attendance in both
virtual and on-site platform held at Agila Hall, Mintal Davao City. Subsequently, Pledge of Commitment
and Agreement Signing were done respectively following DepEd Order No. 014 s.2020 on Required
Health Standards on Basic Education Schools and Offices.

The forum aimed to re-ignite school-community partnership that would benefit all public-school
learners in this new norm of education.

Camilotes is grateful and overwhelmed with the flooded support of the recognized stakeholders: Fidel D.
Pasco, Jr. (SSG Representative); Ramon M. Bargamento (SGC President); Fe M. Bargamento ( Baranggay
Representative); Christine Mae S. Gambong (Media Representative); Jackielyn D. Aydogan (Business
Sector); Thelma G. Esmale ( Professional Sector); Thelma B. Bitayo (Senior Citizen Sector); Gracelie H.
Talingting (Parent Sector); Jayson Macalandang (Alumni Representative) and Pastor Tom Arellano
(Religious Sector).

“This partnership re-awakens the core spirit of bayanihan in these trying times of calamity thus knocking
to all kind hearted alumni and neighboring community partners in realizing the school’s noble visions
into reality. Despite this tough times, school lives on and with the help of the God through this
indefatigable stakeholders MCHS aims to deliver its best”, Camilotes highlighted.
