For this Orientation Webinar for Philippine Professional Standards for

Teachers- Result-based Performance Management System (PPST-RPMS)
for SY2020-2021 , I am ANTHONY P. PERTEZ and I will be your moderator
on this session.

We are all privileged and honored to be part of these orientation webinar for the
preparation of our Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form also
known as our (IPCRF) and it’s portfolio attachment.

Thank you Ma’am Nimfa for the warmest welcome and some words of
encouragement and enlightenment regarding topic for today’s session.

Today’s session is loaded with different topics regarding PPST and RPMS shorts
for Phil. Professional Standards for Teachers and Result-based Performance
Management System.
So your questions regarding RPMS like,

Ilang COT ang Kailangan at ano anong indicator ang kailangan

So ilan yan s mga tanong we have in our mind regarding RPMS specially in this
new normal.
