    Matter /Issue/ Concerns Owner Time
    Meeting was start with Coronavirus information and action. RPSG HSE team need to be KW 13.35hrs
    more proactive for coronavirus campaign with client. Emphasize the sanitization
    process.
    Site HSE needs to be more visible and start proactive action. Looking for various option NP 13.38hrs
    at site for educating staff. Start more patrolling all over area. HSE needs to be start
    communicating with site supervisor for any issue or concern at site. Start learning the
    managing the site with appropriate way to enhancing our HSE culture and start
    continual process.
    Mandatory personal hygiene and follow up the sanitizing process NP 13.41hrs
    Internal communication is highly recommended for teamwork and team skill NP 13.45hrs
    improvement. Our team needs to be start talking each other and each shift for five
    minutes to give proper handover and speak about shift issue/concern, etc. Should be
    talk each other about any issue and their solution. If someone has any doubts about the
    issue or concern at site, start talk with your colleague to know if you are right and
    wrong, this is the way we can teach each other idea and experience.
    On the job training is very essential to our project to improve our staff competency. NP 13.50hrs
    There were many proved that non-skilled worker gets hurt and increase

    accident/incident at site. Our team needs to start on job training every day by taking
    few minutes and showing them practically what are the hazard associated with their
    regular job.
