Hello Baba

It's been a year since we haven't written letters to each other as the technologies have
developed, so many things are conveyed within clicks. We share all the day to day
information.But I am writing this letter to share the personal and professional achievements of
my life with you.

It's been 20 years back you always dreamt of making me a doctor and helping the people in the
rural areas. By establishing myself as a world known architect who works on earth architecture
and development of the rural areas, I've somehow fulfilled my dream and somewhere yours too.

By the year 2017 I opted for architecture like I always wished and got admission in top 10
colleges in India. I knew you weren't happy that time. Despite this I started my college life with
full enthusiasm and by 2022 completed my graduation with more than 75%.In the due course of
those years when 2020 was a pandemic era for the whole world, I participated in a nasa andc
competition and brought trophy for our college.In 2021 I went for a summer internship with my
one of the dream architect Ar. Abin Chaudhari. I also started my very own architecture firm
named Volume/Void Design Studio and I even designed our own residence which is an energy
efficient building. And later on in 2021 I went for my thesis topic on vernacular architecture of
rural India. And later on I went to Kochi, Kerala for my internship. Side by side I was also doing
my firm projects. I interned myself under Ar. Vinu Daniel who had inspired me from my first year
as his love for earth is really indescribable and I worked under him for a year. He took his team
to the world community of architecture and I was part of his team. We won lots of architecture
awards. In late 2023 I went for my masters in industrial design in IIT Bombay and I was a gold
medalist there and after returning from there in 2025. I registered my firm with one of my
undergraduate college mate and I published my work in the world architecture festival. And from
there our journey started. Our firm won the world architecture award in the same year that too
for our very own residence. And the year 2026 we published our own architecture magazine.
And by the year 2027 we had our firm in the cities like Delhi Kolkata Bangalore and
Jamshedpur. And in the year 2028 I got married to my college mate or you can say my co
architect. Despite all this global recognition, somewhere I always had an urge to do something
for the rural area as you always taught me that all the gold is found in the farmers hand. And I
opted for a PhD in rural development and completed it by the year 2032. During my PhD period
our firm won the ARCASIA award for a festive pavilion in kolkata in 2030. And in year 2031 we
won the WAN eco award for school design in our own village. And in the year 2033 we won the
international award for sustainable architecture. And in the year 2034 I visited more than 100
architecture colleges across the world and had seminars on sustainability. And this current year
our team is working on rural development. We all hold 17 projects across the country.

And that is all my achievements till now but soon you are gonna be a grandfather. You will be
really proud to know that I am doing something for the rural areas. I am also happy that anyhow
you allowed me to follow my dreams. I know all your good wishes are with me. I've always
learned a lot of things daily by staying with you.
