OUTDOOR EVENT RENTAL

Meet, mingle and eat in the Outdoor Events Area


at The Neon Museum! This private venue comes
equipped with restrooms, electrical power and
numerous restored signs. This unique space is
available for evening catered events only, and
includes two hours pre-event setup and a 90
minute post-event breakdown, as well as open
access into our Boneyard Loop, and hired
security for your event.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  a separate payment of


$1,500 is required as security/damages deposit.
This is fully refundable, less damage if applicable.

EXCLUSIVE CATERERS: All events, except Quick


Weddings, must have a food and beverage
component. No minimum cost for food and
beverage. All food and beverage must be procured
from one of our exclusive caterers.

Our private North Gallery
venue offers an incomparable
and picturesque backdrop 0 - 25 guests: $950  $1,050 
where you’ll be surrounded 26 - 50 guests: $1,050 $1,150
by vintage neon in a rustic
sign boneyard environment.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  a separate payment of
$250 is required as security/damages deposit.
This is fully refundable, less damage if applicable.

YOU MUST PROCURE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ON YOUR OWN:

OFFICIANT: Legal ceremonies must be confirmed through a licensed


officiant. Our preferred vendor, Elegant Vegas Weddings, can make this

WEDDING LICENSE: Must be obtained through the Clark County
Marriage Bureau. Please visit the County Clerk's page here:

PHOTOGRAPHER: Recommendations are available upon request. 


There’s no additional fee to bring along the photographer of your choice.

FLORAL: Want a bouquet and boutonniere? Florist recommendation


available upon request.

Please note, Neon Museum ceremonies are standing affairs and there are no
chairs in the North Gallery, but complimentary bench seating for up to 32
guests are provided, only if requested. If you still require chairs, you can order
them through RSVP Party Rentals: (http://rsvpparty.com/ or call them at (702)
878-0144), and have it delivered to the Museum. Additional fees to
accommodate chair set-up and take-down would apply as well.

electrical power and Brilliant!, a 360-degree
light, sound and visual immersion experience
unlike anything you’ve ever seen!

Nighttime event with Brilliant! component. No minimum cost for food and
