ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

Received from Spouses REYNALDO L. LIBERO and HELEN L. LIBERO

the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php.150,000.00), as
partial payment of the Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 300,000.00)
purchase price of the One Hundred Fifty (150) Square Meters portion of the
real property inherited by CLAIRE MENDOZA DIMACULANGAN with entire
are of Three Hundred (300) Square Meters, covered by lot No. 16168, CSD-
03-022941, situated at Brgy. San Roque, Kantulot Zone 4, City of San Jose
Del Monte Bulacan, Philippines.

It is agreed upon that once the remaining balance of One Hundred

Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php.150,000.00) is paid. The Vendor shall execute
and sign a formal Deed of Absolute Sale manifesting that the full
consideration amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php.300,000.00)
has been fully paid.
