O R D E R:

In the G.O 7th read above, orders were issued to refund the amounts
received under G.O.Ms.No.166, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept., Dt:16.02.2008 to the
applicants and to give an opportunity to these applicants to apply under
G.O.Ms.No.58/59, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept, dt.30.12.2014, afresh and directed the
CCLA to provide an opportunity for those applicants, who filed applications under
G.O.Ms.No.166 and capture the entire process online as was done in the cases of
G.O.Ms.No.58 and 59, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept, dt.30.12.2014.

2. The following are the guidelines for disposal of pending applications under
G.O.Ms.No.166, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept., Dt:16.02.2008:
Rates as per G.O.Ms.No.59 read with G.O.Ms.No.12, Dt 31.12.2015
read with G.O.Ms.No.35, Dt 08.02.2017:

(i) For Residential possessions:

a) In case of BPL families, where the dwelling units exceeds the extent of 125
square yards up to an extent of 150 square yards only, the following rates shall
apply.

 126-150 sq yds:
Notified slums: 10% of the basic value as on 02.06.2014.
Other than notified slums: 25% of the basic value as on 02.06.2014.

(b) In other cases of dwelling units, the following rates shall apply.

 Extent Payable amount up to 250 Square yards - 25% of the basic value as
on 02.06.2014.
 Up to 500 square yards - 50% of the basic value as on
02.06.2014.
 Up to 1000 Square yards - 75% of the basic value as on
02.06.2014.

 Possession above 1000 square yards – basic value as on 02.06.2014.

(ii) For non-residential possessions:

Basic value as on 02.06.2014 irrespective of the extent.

Installment system:
The applicants shall pay the requisite amount as decided by the Tahsildar as per
G.O.Ms.No.59 read with G.O.Ms.No.12 and 35 in three installments:

 Last date for payment of 1st installment: 01.11.2018

 Last date for payment of 2nd installment: 01.12.2018

 Last date for payment of 3rd installment: 01.01.2019

If the applicant is willing to pay the entire payable amount, Concession of 5% on

the total amount shall be given.

Procedure for filing applications:

 The CCLA, TS, Hyderabad shall capture the entire process online as was done
in cases of G.O.Ms.No.58 and 59.

 The application no. and Aadhar number feeded under G.O.Ms.No.166 shall be
the key to process these applications filing under G.O.Ms.No.58/59.

 Web portal shall be ready by September 15,2018.

 Applicants are allowed to file their applications online through this web
portal.

 Last date for filing applications: October 15,2018.

 Once the applications are received by the concerned Tahsildar, they have to
generate notices ONLINE immediately for physical verification of the land.

 Once the verification is done, if rejected, generate a reply to the applicant

online and send SMS and if approved, generate payment statement online
and SMS to the applicant informing to pay the amount online in 3
installments.

 If the extent is above 1000 sq yards, the same may be forwarded to

Government for issuing orders. Once the orders are received from the
Government, the tahsildars concerned shall execute conveyance deeds
immediately.

 If the extent is up to 1000 sq yards, the Tahsildars concerned shall execute

conveyance deeds from 2.1.2019.

 The entire process shall be completed by 31.01.2019.

3. The District Collectors shall refund the amount to the applicants immediately
as directed under G.O.Ms.No.134.

4. The CCLA, TS, Hyderabad shall capture the entire process online accordingly
and all the Collectors shall ensure effective implementation of the above guidelines
immediately.
