3. - Promote rest
-protect against coldness
-avoid external heat exposure
-monitor patient's body temperature
-encourage increase fluid intake
-provide foods high in fiber
- monitor respiratory depths, rate, pattern, pulse oximetry, and ABG
- encourage deep breathing exercise
-orient patient to time, place, date, and events around her.
- educate patient and relative regarding Weight changes

4. - tell patient to notify prescriber immediately about chest pain, palpitations, sweating, nervousness,
shortness of breath, or other signals of over dose or aggrevated CV disease
- advice patient to avoid OTC drugs
-tell patient to report unusual bleeding and bruising or any other adverse effects
- advise patient who has achieved stable response not to change brands
