1. The Auditor Days for above will be on the basis of IAF audit Guidelines &Procedures
2. Audit man-days can be changed at any time of the assessment period due to any kind of changes in the entire scope of certification than
(whatever specified in the application form) based on the recommendation of the concerned auditor.
3. Any inadvertent cancellation of an audit within 7 days of the planned assessment will be charged extra as loss of Auditor time.
4. Surveillance audit frequency may b eincreased on recommendations of audit team.
5. Payments to be made before each audit stage
6. Goods & Service tax @ 18% (or as per prevailing rate) will charge extra. (GST No: 19AEPPC1027E1ZU)
7. Traveling, boarding & lodging costs of auditor/auditors are extra as actual.
8. Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future.
9. The validity of this quotation is for 30 days from the date of issue.
10.Payments to be made by Cheque/DD/Bank transfer in favor of “SD ENTERPRISE” Payable at Kolkata (BANK DETAILS:- PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK.
