Since the market launch of Euro 4/5, five different pump module The following is description of the main changes:
variants were installed up to 01.09.2010 which differ with regard to
their details and which can be distinguished by the part number
attached to the housing.

From 15.08.2006 onwards, the following change to the pump module (1) was incorporated into
series production:
Diameter of bores with the fastening thread (2) for fastening the pump module (1) to the
bracket changed from M12 to M10.
Outside diameter of the AdBlue® return connection (3) of 7.89 mm changed to 9.49 mm.

From 01.07.2009 onwards, the following change was incorporated into


series production:
Instead of a pneumatic pressure reduction valve of the piston valve
model, the pump module (1) is now fitted with a pneumatic pressure
reduction valve of the diaphragm valve model (4).
From 01.07.2009 onwards, only these changed pump modules (1)
will be supplied as replacement parts.
