II. Analyze the following incorrect sentences, rewrite the appropriate one, and
explain the reason to support your correct answer. (Score 30)

- Incorrect sentence: He asked me to cut and sticking the paper on the wall.
- Correct sentence: He asked me to cut and to stick the paper on the wall.
- Reason: The word "sticking" is incorrect because it doesn't parallel with the
word before coordinating conjunction "and" that is infinitive "to cut," to
make it parallel, the term "sticking" should be changed into infinitive too "to
stick."
