1. Go to https://dcloud.cisco.

com/ and login with your CCO account

2. Schedule ”Cisco Collaboration 12.7 v1 - Transform Work with Collaboration (TWC)” session, which
includes Imagicle demo script. Please keep in mind that demo environment setup might require some
15-30 minutes to be fully operational.
3. Once environment is up and running, you can select “Imagicle Collaboration Solution for cisco Unified
Communications” script from My Hub  Sessions menu
4. Install “Cisco AnyConnect” VPN client on your workstation, for best performances during dCloud
session. Instructions available here: https://dcloud-cms.cisco.com/help/install_anyconnect_pc_mac
5. Once VPN is established, you can connect to the PC Clients included in the dCloud environments. These
PCs are assigned to virtual employees (Adam, Monica, Walt) and they already include Jabber or IP
Communicator clients + Imagicle Blue’s Attendant console.
6. Full instructions about how to run five different Imagicle demo scenarios are included in the following
dCloud document: “Imagicle Collaboration Solution 12.7 v1 for Cisco Unified Communications”

Please capture a couple of screenshots from your workstation, showing at least two dCloud PC clients RDP
sessions involved in a call scenario and leveraging Imagicle Blue’s Attendant console and Imagicle Call
Recording web portal (Scenarios 1 & 2).
