B: It’s about 25 years old.

B: It´s a very big house and It’s have three floors.

A: Oh interesting! How many bedrooms are there?

B: There are 6 bedrooms. Four bedrooms are in the second floor and the other two bedrooms are in
the third floor.

A: It’s very fantastic because I have four children. How many bathrooms are there?

B: There are three bathrooms and they have big windows. A bathroom on each floor and they have a
shower and a bath.

A: I like them. Is there a study?

B: Yes, there is a study in the first floor and have a big library.

A: I like the library because I love reading books. Is there a garden or a balcony?

B: There is a big garden with beautiful plants and there are balconies in the second floor. They have
a beautiful view of the park.

A: It´s wonderful! My children will like it. Is there a garage?

B: Yes, there is a quite big garage.

A: That’s good! I have a car and I need a garage. Is there central heating or air conditioning?

B: There is an air conditioning.

A: That’s great because in the summer is necessary. Are there other rooms in the house?

B: Yes. There is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a pretty kitchen. It’s house is perfect
for you and your children.

A: Than you. I love house! It´s a perfect for my family. I rent it right now.

B: Very well! This is the contract. Check it and see you tomorrow. It’s okey?
