After deciding which book to borrow, the book must be checked out first in the
circulation desk.
b. Loan Periods
Borrowing a printed book limited only for three (3) weeks for the member, while a
documentary film (DVD) limited only for a week for the un-renewable and overnight
for the renewable.
c. Renewals
In case we have not finished reading the book, we always able to renew it by coming
directly to the library (we do not need to have our book with us), or simply sending an
email to abc@library.com or by phone.
d. Loan Limits
For non member visitors, the number of books that can be borrowed limited only for
three (3) items per a loan period
e. Reversing Books
The visitors can always reserve a book online, in case they are unable to come
directly to the Library beforehand. They can visit xyz@library.com website for
reversing a book.
