AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, TRA---------------------- and A-----------, both of legal ages, Filipinos,

and a resident of Purok Liberty and Purok Bear Brand, respectively, of Brgy.
Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been a resident of Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur, for more than 60 years, and during this period of time, we have
personally known MRS. ME------------------, being our neighbor and close
acquaintance;

2. That we know the person of MEL------------------, who married to

N-------------------N, because he was a resident of the aforementioned
Barangay of which we are living;

3. That we know for a fact that M---------------------N died on June 25, 1998, at
Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur due to sickness;

4. That during the same period of time we have personally known

CO----------------N, the child of the aforecited spouse;

5. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of
the foregoing set of facts without any promise of reward or any other
monetary consideration but solely for the purpose of declaring the fact of the
death of the person of ME----------------------N and for each other legal
intents.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
