DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Waiver of Right is entered into by and between:
_________________, of legal age, single, Filipino, with address at _______________
Pagadian City, hereinafter known as the TRANSFEROR; and __________________, of legal
age, married, Filipino, with address at ___________, Pagadian City, hereinafter known as the
TRANSFEREE.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR is the registered owner of a business under the trade name
---------------Water Refilling Station located at _________, Zamboanga del Sur. The above-stated
business was duly registered at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on 19 September
2019 and was issued Certificate of Registration with No. -------------.
WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR with sound and deposing mind and without having been
forced, intimidated or unduly influenced by anybody by these presents, do hereby voluntarily
WAIVE any and all rights, participation and/or interest that she may have considering the fact
that she is no longer interested in managing the aforementioned Water Refilling Station, in favor
to her relative, -------------------------, who has the capability to make the said business even more
profitable;
WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR offered to waive her right to the TRANSFEREE the
above-mentioned Seven Springs Water Refilling Station and the later accepted the offer.
