AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

Filipino and a resident of Aboyog, Province of Leyte, Baras Municipality, Province of
Rizal, San Pedro City, and Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, respectively, after having duly
sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the heirs of CONSOL------------------N and IR--------------------ANTO,

the registered owner of a parcel of land identified as Lot No. 5, Pls-119 (FV_119),
containing an area of SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY-FOUR (72,734) Square meters, situated at Barangay Anonang, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur and covered under TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.
T-4-----------;

2. That lately we sold our shares in the aforesaid parcel of Land to J----------------.

3. That the aforesaid parcel of land is not tenanted nor it is under the coverage of the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program.

4. That we are executing this affidavit for purposes of transferring the ownership of our
respective share of the above-mentioned parcel of land unto JU-----------------IN and
for securing the necessary clearances from other government agencies;

5. That affidavit is executed to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and for any
other legal purpose, this may serve.

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, respectively, after having duly sworn to in accordance with
the law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the heirs of IRENE NASAAN BABANTO AND ALFONSO

BABANTO, the registered owner of a parcel of land identified as Lot No. 8209-C,
Csd-09-009353, containing an area of FORTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SIX (46,976) Square meters, situated at Barangay Lapedian, Pagadian
City, Zamboanga Del Sur and covered under TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO. T-3,532;

2. Lately, we sold the aforesaid parcel of Land to JULIETO N. DULLIN.

3. That the aforementioned parcel of land is not tenanted nor it is under the coverage of
the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program.

4. That we are executing this affidavit for purposes of transferring the ownership of our
respective share of the above-mentioned parcel of land unto JULIETO N. DULLIN
and for securing the necessary clearances from other government agencies;

5. That affidavit is executed to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and for any
other legal purpose, this may serve.
