    THE LATE LORD PETER JULIAN MILLETT, GBS

    The Bar is saddened to learn that the Right Honourable Lord Peter Julian Millett,
    Non-Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal (CFA), passed away in the
    United Kingdom on 27 May 2021.

    Having been a CFA non-permanent judge since 2000, Lord Millett has made
    immense contributions to the Judiciary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
    Region and the development of our local jurisprudence.

    The Bar sends its deepest condolences to his family.
