The risk of CoVid 19 affected almost all of the countries around the world.

It was announced as a threat

by the World Health Organization (WHO) which considered this virus as the most contagious disease
throughout history. In order to control this risk, various quarantine protocols have been implemented to
limit the threat shrouding the mystery of this Pandemic. Today, the WHO launched the Access to COVID-
19 Tools (ACT) Accelerator to accelerate the development, production, and access to COVID-19
diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines. COVAX is the vaccines pillar of the ACT Accelerator and is led
jointly by Gavi, WHO, the CEPI, and UNICEF, which is leading vaccine procurement and delivery
operations. In the Philippines, more than 480,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines arrived from the
COVAX Facility. This is one among the first countries in Southeast Asia to receive vaccines from the
COVAX Facility to control the increasing rate of Covid-19 on this day onwards.

However, it is still a question of trust whether the citizens will gladly accept the vaccination. Since there
are many news that reports on the negative effects of this vaccine, there are only 19% of adult Filipino
citizens who are willing to get vaccinated according to the survey conducted by OCTA research. This
deficient concurrence is due to the negative issues of other people that slowly compelled the views of
the society about their health. What will happen if people continuesly reject the pillar that supports the
cure of this virus? Can CoVid 19 be annihilated? or will it become a lost cause?
