The main goal we are planning to achieve is to measure the

feasibility of the proposed Business, mainly its different aspects
and descriptions, then establish the proposed Business and
proceed in making it into reality.

MANAGEMENT STUDY

MARKETING STUDY

The Company conduct a survey regarding to customer’s

opinions and suggestions over the improvement of the product. In
this way, we can fulfill the expectations of our valued customers to
achieve our product near perfection. In addition, the Company also
held observation regarding to the latest trends and demand, also
to provide information about customer’s preferences.

TECHNICAL STUDY

This provides all the information about the Company. Including,

the Store’s Cost, Location, Map, Store’s Layout and Design, and
every other details about the company.
FINANCIAL STUDY

This states all the transactions, investments, expenses, taxes,

and Net Income that will be needed to ensure so that the Business
will not lead to bankruptcy. All the money that goes in and out the
Company must be recorded, to attain success in the business.
