Media and Cyber or Digital Literacies

 As future English teachers, how are we going to integrate those literacies in teaching?

As a future English teacher it is very important to be digitally literate. Especially in these modern
times, we almost process and do things digitally. Technology made our life better and
convenient.

In getting information and news I would like to be vigilant to practice how digitally literate am I.
I would also integrate it in a way that I could be an English teacher; I can inject some points and
ways to my students so they could also be literate at Media and Cyber. I will always remind my
students to always find a reliable source and to not believe everything that the news on our
television or posts/articles in any social media platforms.

It is extremely important in this modern world to be vigilant in every form of media. There are a
lot of people who tamper information and news that is resulting to fake news. It extremely
dangerous to be a victim of fake news, it can put your life or status at risk. Any wrong
information would probably cause to put someone in danger. That is why it is important to filter
the information, read and find a reliable source.
