✘ One day, while they were sitting at their


yard. Phineas and Ferb had a strange idea,
they plan to make a big rocket which they
will use to go to the moon. When they
finally got to the moon their excitement
brought them to jump vigorously. Phineas
and Ferb had a great time playing in the
outer space.

✘ They sing a lullaby, they dance
energetically and also they run all over the
different regions of the moon. The 2 boys
had a wonderful experience playing
together. That’s why, Phineas and Ferb felt
tired. At that point , they decided to go back
to their house and take a rest. And that’s the
end of the story.

as hear, become, happen.

State of being Verbs/ Linking Verbs

 State of being words are also known as the


linking verbs. It tends to work as links to
connect subject to words in the predicates to add
meaning.
 Linking verbs are verbs that serve as a
connection between a subject and further
information about that subject. They do not
show any action; rather, they “link” the subject
with the rest of the sentence.
