ENGR. ROMEO E. SALDIVAR, JR., AND APPROVED ON MAY 9, 2001.
3. That in the Extrajudicial Settlement which was notarized by Atty. Rex Alvin
A. Bilagot on November 21, 2016, with document number 27, page
number 11, book number X, series of 2016, a parcel of land with the
following details was conveyed by way of Simultaneous Deed of Sale to
herein vendor, Jerson D. De Vera, to wit:
“A parcel of Agricultural land situated at Brgy. Bulaoen West, Sison Pangasinan. Bounded
on the north by lot 4316; on theEast by Abenolong River; on the west by lots 4315 and
4317 and on the South by Lot 4313. Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT (3,328) SQUARE METERS, more or less and declared for
taxation purposes under tax declaration No. 39-0014-00204 in the Office of the Municipal
Assessor of Sisson, Pangasinan.”
4. That the VENDORS declare the parcels of registered land describe above
are free from all liens and encumbrances.

BEFORE ME, a notary public for and in the City of Baguio, this 29th day of
April 2021, personally appeared the parties with their valid identifications, known
and identified by me through competent evidence. They presented this integrally
complete instrument and represented to me that the signatures on the
instrument were voluntary affixed by them for the purpose stated, declaring that
they executed this instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed.
