IMPORTANT NOTICE TO STUDENTS

Reopening Arrangements and Schedule of Lectures for Second
Semester 2020/2021 Academic Year

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Academic Board at its meeting held on
Wednesday, 19th May 2021, approved the following:

1. Registration for all students, including retake and amnesty students, will begin
from Monday, 7th June, 2021, and end on Sunday, 20th June, 2021;
2. That late registration with penalty for all students, including retake and amnesty,
will begin from Monday, 21st June, 2021, to Sunday, 4th July, 2021;
3. Lectures for regular students will commence on Monday, 14th June, 2021, and
18th June, 2021/19th June, 2021, for Post Graduate and Weekend Diploma
students respectively (Please refer to the revised Academic Calendar); and
4. Lectures for the second semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year will adopt a
blended approach per the schedule in the table below:

Please note that only registered students per the policy of the Institute will be admitted
to lectures.

The registration deadlines for the second semester, as indicated, will be strictly enforced.
There will not be any extension of registration after the expiration of the late registration
with penalty deadline.
