specialized, technical services to Cisco. As part of the agreement, said Supplier intends to draw upon the
services of the employee listed below to perform work under the agreement for Cisco. The Supplier assures
Cisco that it is their intention to employ the individual in this capacity at the location listed above, within the
validity dates of the approved work authorization.

Supplier Supervisor (hereinafter “Supplier Engagement Manager”): Mr. Kinjal Chatterjee

Supplier Employee is an employee of the Supplier, and not Cisco. The work will be supervised by a Supplier
Engagement Manager; pay and performance will be monitored solely by the Supplier as part of their contract
to deliver services to Cisco. The Supplier assures Cisco that it is their intention to employ the individual in this
capacity at the location listed above, through the dates listed above. Supplier Employee holds the title listed
above with Supplier.

Supplier will be responsible for paying, including the payment of the required wage to Supplier Employee, if
applicable, hiring, firing, supervising, and controlling the work of the associate in compliance with all applicable
state and federal laws and regulations. Supplier Employee will receive all instructions and directions from
Supplier Engagement Manager listed above.

Supplier will confirm if Supplier Employee will have access in the workplace to technology and technical data
for which an export license is required and Supplier will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
required, including notifying USCIS on Form I-129 filed for Supplier Employee.
