The GO IP/MPLS Backbone spans throughout Saudi Arabia and incorporates advanced
technology, enabling it to accommodate various types of Next Generation Networking (NGN)
applications, including Voice, Video, and Multimedia. EATC possesses two data centers, a primary
DC in Riyadh and a DR DC in Jeddah. All global connections are established through T1 providers
originating from distinct landing stations, arriving in Saudi Arabia via the Arabian Gulf and Red
Sea. This enables EATC to distribute internet traffic across different cable systems, ensuring
network redundancy to address any cable breakdown and guarantee uninterrupted customer
services in the event of a single cable disruption.

GO Connectivity Solutions
Dedicated Internet Access:
EATC's Dedicated Internet service is designed to offer dedicated point-to-point Internet
connectivity to businesses throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This service is characterized
by its exceptional reliability, fast speed, and high-quality Internet service, achieved through a
contention ratio of 1:1. The service was developed to cater to the increasing demand for
nationwide business data circuit connectivity, providing data rates ranging from 1 Mbps
dedicated speeds up to several Gbps level between the GO IGW and customer premises. A high-
end Fiber/Licensed Microwave link connects the customer premises to the Atheeb MPLS
network, which, in turn, directly links the customer to the IGWs. The service is required to be
terminated to a Router or Firewall that supports virtual VLAN. Furthermore, the service is fully
managed by network management systems (NMS) for the MPLS, IGW, and Fiber/Microwave
links.

EATC services are limited to CPE connectivity.
No customer-end network troubleshooting is offered unless otherwise specified.

GO Business Care & Network Operation Centre:
The GO Business care (GBC) will be the first point of contact for our business customers. GBC
team will provide the first level solution. All unresolved technical calls related to MPLS and service
platform will be routed to the domain specialists for further solution.

The ‘GO’ NOC is equipped with a dedicated help desk team for Business Customers that
operates round the clock 24X7 to ensure the availability and service quality for the services
offered by GO.

leading edge technology, personal knowledge and processes to offer EATC’s customers a superior
world class service.

Contact with GO support should be initiated one or combination of the following methods:
1. Send email to GBC@GO.COM.SA an auto‐reply should be received confirming the delivery of the
email message.
2. Call the toll‐free number 800‐111‐1010 and speak with a GBC Engineer.
At any step of the escalation procedure, if there is no response from the contact channel with in 1 hour,
please escalate the issue to the next contact channel.

Go Customers
Acceptance
Hereby, I, the undersigned (Agent/Authorized person on behalf of the CAREEM
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY agree to provide (Etihad
Atheeb Telecom Co.) with any information that it requires for the establishing and/or auditing
and/or administering my accounts and facilities in addition to that and I authorize it to obtain
and collect any information as it deems necessary or in need for regarding me, my accounts and
facilities therewith, from the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) and to disclose and share (inclusive of
Data Pooling) that information to the said company (SIMAH) or to any other agency approved by
the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA).
Upon signing this agreement, I confirm having read and understood the Agreement
prices/Contract/agreement terms and conditions and accepted all the same.

Notes for Acceptance:
1. The signing by both parties constitutes authority to proceed with the implementation of the
solution as detailed above. No variation may be made without the express written agreement of
both parties.
2. Feasibility is subject to survey and capacity check at the time of the order.
3. Lead Time: Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning require 6~8 weeks for the
Microwave link and 10-12 weeks for the Fiber link from the date of receiving the PO and advance
payment.
4. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL CIRCUIT TESTING and achieving the BW ordered, customers have five
business days to report any concerns with regards to installation or BW or any other operational
issues. In case nothing is reported during the 5 business days, the circuit shall deem operational
and Customer will be billed automatically.
