ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT OF LEASE

This addendum dated ____________________ is in reference to the Contract of Lease entered

into last August 30, 2017 between RED FIRE WATER CORPORATION (the “LESSOR”)
and SMARTGLOBE TRADING CORPORATION (the “LESSEE”) regarding the lease of a
commercial building located at 28883 B. Mahinog St., Maberdeng Lupa, Conception City. The
Parties hereto acknowledge and agree that all the terms and conditions contained in said
Contract of Lease shall remain in full force and effect, except as amended herein. The parties
further acknowledge and agree that this Addendum shall be incorporated by reference into said
Contract and set forth therein. Accordingly, said Contract of Lease shall be amended as
follows:
a. RENTAL- It is hereby agreed by the parties that the LESSEE shall be solely responsible
and shall pay for the construction and/or renovation of the leased premises. Due to the
said construction and/or renovation by the LESSEE of the leased premises, the LESSEE
shall only pay the LESSOR a monthly rental of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (Php300,000.00).
Such amendment shall be effective as of the date this addendum has been made by the parties.
No other terms or conditions of the above mentioned contract shall be negated or changed as a
result of this here stated addendum.
