About XLRI
XLRI, the oldest B-school in India, was founded in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to

Programme Delivery
The sessions will be delivered on the interactive learning platform of VCNow. Participants
can attend sessions either from the classroom (Studio to Classroom) located in his / her
city OR from their laptop/desktop (Direct to Device).
At the time of application, student has to opt for one mode, that is, either S2C or D2D.
Students will be allowed to change the mode from S2C to D2D or vice versa only once
during the programme without the payment of an additional fee. Thereafter any candidate
who would like to switch from D2D to S2C OR S2C to D2D, would have to pay INR 5000 +
GST to VCNow. Please note this is applicable only when someone opts for a change in the
mode (D2D to S2C or S2C to D2D) and not on viewing the archive.
Evaluation Methodology
Ÿ Evaluation method to be chosen by faculty members teaching respective course.
Ÿ Regular Quizzes to be conducted online / offline in the classrooms by VCNow and
XLRI.
Ÿ End term Examination to be conducted at respective center within schedule assigned

Self Paced Courses From Harvard Business School
(HBS Publishing)
4 self-paced courses provided by HBS Publishing as part of the Harvard Mentor Manage
Package shall be provided to the students. Students shall obtain individual certificates of
participation provided by HBS Publishing on completion of each course. For the PGCBM
program, students will be given the following modules:

Team Management Stress Management
Students will be required to complete all the above self-paced courses before completion
of the programme in order to be eligible for award of the PGCBM certification.

Admission Criteria In-Campus Module**

Eligibility
Ÿ Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any discipline.
Ÿ Participants should have at least 12 month of work experience after Graduation.

Who Should Attend

Working Executives and professionals in business organizations may apply for this
programme. The programme offers quality interactions with experienced faculty and
encourages peer group learning considering average experience of the participants has
been around 5-7 years.

In-campus Module
The dates of the in-campus immersion sessions will be communicated after the Jharkhand
State Government permits Higher Education Institutions to conduct in-campus sessions
and programs. Attendance to the In-Campus module is MANDATORY for all participants.
The in-campus modules are subjected to the conditions that prevail at the point of time.
These conditions pertain to the Pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In case the current
situation maintains the status quo, adequate alternate options with regards to the in-
campus modules will be made available via online sessions.
Fees Structure
All Fees are payable directly to XLRI
Application Fee (Non Refundable) INR 2,500 + GST*

Processing Fee: INR 7,500 + GST**

Total Fee (exclusive of Application Fee) INR 2,90,000 + GST*

**In case a candidate is not selected for admission in the programme, an amount of ₹ 7,500 + GST at
the applicable rate thereon shall be refunded to the candidate. In case the candidate is selected for
admission to the programme, the amount of ₹ 7,500+GST shall be adjusted towards payment of fees
for the programme. The amount of ₹ 2,500 + GST towards the application fee shall not be refunded
irrespective of the selection status of the candidate.

Refund Policy for Selected Candidates

In the event that candidates who have been selected for the programme seek to
withdraw from the programme, they must apply for a refund within 15 days of receiving
the offer letter of admission from XLRI. If the application for refund is received within
this time frame, an amount of ₹ 5,000 + GST shall be deducted from the amount paid by
the candidate towards programme fees and the balance shall be refunded. No refund
request shall be considered after this period of 15 days from receiving the offer letter of
admission from XLRI and 15 days before the start of the programme.

*GST (Currently 18%) will be charged extra on these components

**Campus module will be held only if situation permits considering all restrictions and Govt guidelines around
the Pandemic. If the campus visit is not held the relevant number of campus hours will be held through online
learning platform. There will be no refund in fee in case campus visit is not held considering that the equivalent
hours of campus engagement hours would be compensated through online sessions.
