1. Write a short note on the Custom of Courts related to Pre 1189 A.D. and Post 1189 A.D.
2. Explain the modus operandi of Permanent Lok Adalat.
3. How a Custom can be given a shape of Law? Explain its relationship by citing examples.
4. Qualities of a good researcher.
5. Elucidate the concept of Research

6. “It is a constitutional duty to provide free legal aid”. Explain the concept of “Legal Aid” by
citing important decisions.
7. Elucidate the concept of “stare decisis” with special reference to Art.141 of Indian
Constitution and also the circumstances which destroys or weakens the binding force of
‘Precedent’?
