(2) Answer any SIX questions out of the remaining Eight questions which carry 10 marks each.

2. Describe the principles of Natural Law and elaborate on the concept of Biasness.
3. Define administrative adjudication and delegated legislation and state how both differ from
pure administrative function.
4. What judicial remedies are available to a citizen under administrative law? Discuss any
one of them in detail.
5. What is Administrative discretion. Explain judicial review of administrative discretion
with the help of case laws.
6. Explain the powers and function of Central Vigilance commission and CBI.
7. Whether Administrative Tribunals are bound by the decisions of the supreme court and
High court? Elaborate with the help of Sampath Kumar’s and L. Chandra’s case.
8. Explain on which grounds Art. 136- Appeal to Supreme court by special leave can be
invoked?
9. Explain the following:
a. Tortious liability of State along with some case laws.
b. Contractual liability
