life and personal life

I believe that having a good work management or administration will result in a good
balance between work life and personal life. This can be created in the following ways.

First, the company must make a rule that regulates employee performance and company
performance. An example is not hiring an employee outside of working hours, unless
the employee is asked to overtime because there is some work that has not been
completed. In addition, the company is obliged to give permission if an employee is
sick, is about to give birth, or if there is a family event or an urgent event.

Second, the company must have a management / administration system for company
performance. In making the company's performance required to design the best work
plan. It aims to be able to carry out an employee's work life that is in balance with his
personal life, improve the quality of work of each employee and improve the quality of
the company.

Third, in the company, employees have the right to create boundaries that do not
interfere with the work life of the employee's personal life. This aims to create a balance
between work life and personal life of employees and create a comfortable work
environment.

Fourth, the company provides facilities for employees to refresh from all work so as not
to stress and burnout. This can balance work life with personal life and also make
employees feel happy and add new enthusiasm. A good company also provides facilities
to employees regarding the physical and mental health of employees. In addition, the
company creates an activity for employees on certain days to do sports together such as
gymnastics, Zumba, running or cycling together.

Fifth, companies must control employee performance in order to create a good work
environment. This can be done by giving appreciation to employees who have
performed well or can meet certain targets.
Sixth, creating a work management system that is family friendly, cares for one another
and a sense of belonging to one another. With this, it is certain to create a balance
between work life and personal life and create a healthy work environment.

Seventh, a good administrative system by paying employee salaries on time and


experiencing salary increases every year. This is in order to motivate employees to
improve the quality of the company.

With a good management/administration system it will lead to a good work balance


between work life and personal life. This makes employees happy and enjoy working at
the company. Work management system like that will create a healthy company
performance and can improve the quality of employees and the company.
