Developed a resource that aligned with High School English and Language Arts
Curriculum that promotes an engaging learning experience using simulations
and games. Provided relevant content to caregivers to help motivate their
learners in online learning. Designed the content to align with common core
and state standards.

Worked with company executives to develop a corporate customer service
department. Responded to customer concerns and questions on digital and
physical platforms. Helped implement and supervise the Surge Call Center
which involved managing 2-10 temp employees assisting one or more of the
40+ operating Waste Pro facilities when needed.
