COURSE OUTLINE

1. COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is concerned with equipping the students with practical skills for identifying, planning and managing
change in development settings.

2. COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the course, students should be able to:


1. Articulate the processes of initiating and planning for change in developmental organizations

2. Explain the various models and theories of change in the context of development.

3. Demonstrate a mastery of skills and expertise required to sustain change in development organizations.

4. Link the process of change to development settings.
