With reference to above, it has been considered necessary to revise provisions under clause 12 of Section 1(RFP), Sub clause 2.1 of Section-2 (ITC) and Annexure 1(Section 2) Data Sheet related to sub Clause 2.1 of Section -2 (ITC) of SBD. Accordingly, provisions of SBD for ¢-Tendering for PMC-Contracts stand modified with immediate effect as given in Annexure-A for more than as well as less than 7 Crore. 2. The above changes have also been incorporated in the SBD for e-Tendering for PMC Contracts for more than.as well.as less than 7Crand it has been uploaded on RVNL's website. The same may be downloaded from RVNL's website while inviting tenders. All future tenders should be invited with the modified provisions. 3. Ithas been decided that the amendments as proposed above shall also be made applicable through A&C slip to tenders that have been floated and where pre-bid conference is yet to be held. 4, This issues with the approval of CMD/RVNL.
