Angelito L. Martinez
LEAD FACILITATOR

Lito as called by his friends (Real name: Angelito L. Martinez) is


a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a Masters Degree
graduate. He graduated BS Mechanical Engineering in Colegio
de San Juan de Letran. After eight years in the manufacturing
industry, he pursues his Graduate studies at De La Salle
College – Lipa City earning the Masters in Management
Technology Degree program in which he was awarded as Gold
Medalist.

Lito is currently working in one manufacturing firm in the


province of Batangas and currently holding the position of
Production Manager. Likewise, as part of his advocacy to share
his knowledge and experience to students, he also teaches part time in his alma mater institution –
De La Salle Lipa handling various subjects such as Supply Chain Management, Project
Management, Business Processes, Strategic Management, Production/Operations Management,
Logistics & Design, and Total Quality Management.

His expertise mainly involved manufacturing operations such as Total Quality, Lean Manufacturing,
Process Synchronization, Inventory Minimization, Total Preventive Maintenance, Process and
Operations Optimization, Product Planning, Project Management, Supply Chain Synchronization.

Today, Lito is venturing into training and consultancy to spread and share his knowledge in the
manufacturing operations to help companies gain competitive advantage and operate in a more
efficient and productive manner. Also, he is now on the process of securing his license for the
Accredited Safety Practitioner as part of his plan to be a Safety Trainer.
