MTI students have to make their choices of industry, CXO Title and organization and indicate the
same in a Google Doc to be floated by the EPGP office.

The sample table for this will look like this:

Deadline for MTI students for submitting the respective documents for the above components
online over Moodle to EPGP office: 19th July, 2021.

Guidelines for the MTI Assignment:

1. Approximate word limit is 2000 for the main document. However, references and appendix
or appendices can be of any length. Web links should be provided with complete
details. Merely citing www.google.com or www.wikipedia.org or any such generic web links
is prohibited.
2. In a chosen industry, all major strategic turning points that have already occurred should be
explained briefly and with all clarity. In light of this background, students should endeavour
to anticipate or visualize the upcoming turning points and prepare some insights that are
helpful to the firms in that industry. All essential details are to be furnished without fail.
3. The document should be submitted in PDF and the file should be free of any malwares or
viruses. The document should be submitted over Moodle to the EPGP office and not to me
directly.

Guidelines for the CXO Sales Pitch and MTI Project:

1. Approximate word limit for the CXO Sales Pitch is 1000 words. Basic inspiration for this can
be taken from the Statement of Purpose (SoP) used in the admission process of reputed
foreign universities.
2. Approximate word limit for the Project is 2000 for the main document. However, references
and appendix or appendices can be of any length. Web links should be provided with
complete details. Merely citing www.google.com or www.wikipedia.org or any such generic
web links is prohibited.
3. For the chosen organization, based on the innovation practices till date, one can prepare a
diagnostic report as first half of the project report. In light of this, students should strive to
provide recommendations for a better or greater future of the firm in the second half of the
MTI project report. This should be done with due substantiation and justification.
4. The document should be submitted in PDF and the file should be free of any malwares or
viruses. The document should be submitted over Moodle to the EPGP office and not to me
directly.
