Refer to "Component" See: Radiator Cooling Fan > Removal and Replacement > Component. 4.Remove the exhaust manifold, Refer to "Exploded View" See: Exhaust Manifold > Removal and Replacement > Exploded View 5.Remove the intake manifold. Refer to "Exploded View" See: Intake Manifold > Removal and Replacement > Exploded View. 6.Remove the fuel injector and fuel tube assembly. Refer to "Exploded View" See: Fuel Rail > Removal and Replacement > Exploded View. 7.Remove the water outlet. White arrow indicates : Engine front 12.Remove cylinder head gasket. INSTALLATION install cylinder head gasket CAUTION: Do not reuse cylinder head gasket. 2.Install cylinder head, and tighten cylinder head bolts in order as shown using Tool (A). - Clean threads and seating surfaces of bolts. - Apply new engine oil to threads and seating surface of bolts. CAUTION: - If cylinder head bolts are reused, check their outer diameters before installation.
