• Collision with Cargo Vesssel

Representing clients as the owner of a passenger vessel who is sued
by the owner of cargo vessel and cargo owner, to pay the
compensation as a result of the collision between our client’s vessel
and the cargo vessel in Batam waters. We also representing clients in
the court hearings.

• Claim on Jetty Damage

A Singaporean flag barge which was towed by the tug boat hit asphalt
jetty. I represented the vessel’s owner to review the claim documents
prepared by the jetty owner and negotiate with jetty owner for the

Undertaking and borrow to use arrangement, pending the agreement
on the amount of settlement.

• Arrest Vessel
Assist clients to request for arresting vessels before the District
