Feasibility Decision and Test

To be humbler, a rank of 10 was never chosen even if the industry and market/customer analysis has
been done to a certain level.

The business concept only has 8 in my opinion because of the obvious bottleneck of having the machine
connectivity already working for this software application to work. This could become an opportunity, but
it is highly dependent on the reception from the foundations that support the standards or from the CNC
OEMs. A manufacturing organization could also be an investor provided they have the CNC machines to
support the development of the product.

The founding team score is only a 7 as there might be a need for electrical engineering professionals in
case setting up the connectivity is a minor bottleneck. There might also be the need for a computer
engineer in case, dependencies and version issues come up as manufacturers tend to have older
computers. Taking this business to the development stage would need to involve the addition of another
computer/electrical engineering professional.

The financial analysis is heavily dependent on how the initial few iterations of the product are developed
and alongside whom. If a manufacturing organization is on board with the idea and if they support us, the
development costs would be minimal, and based on the value they see and based on operational costs,
this software application could be extended through invitation basis or with the help of foundations.
