Everyone wants to have strong health. So do I. To have good health I usually spend 8
hours to sleep a night and 1 hour in midday. Sometimes I stay up late to do my homework
or watch my favorite films. So, I feel tired in the next day and a new working day is not
energetic and efficient. Healthy eating is one of the ways to help me stay balanced. I don’t
go on a diet beacause I think the body is not enough nutrient. Besides, I “say so” with
alcohol, beer because they are very harmful to my health. I often eat a lot of vegetables to
provide fibrous matter and different kinds of meat like: pork, beef, fish,…I drink fruit
juice and water to provide mineral. I also do regurlar exercise such as: walking, yoga,…to
make the body become stronger and more balanced. In the freetime there are 30 minutes to
relax, I often listen to music, watch TV or read books…And I think health is extremely
important and valuable to everyone, so it is necessary for everyone to maintain a balanced
lifestyle to keep good health.
